  • We require every nurse we work with to speak to a recruiter in person or over a phone call. On that phone call, that’s when we’ll cover the caregiver diagnostic where we’ll understand your motivations, concerns, and what makes a right-fit assignment.

    • Get paid for your loyalty with retention bonuses and your network with referral bonuses → You choose between $250 upfront or residual referral payments of $1-$2 for every hour worked by your referral.

  • We usually get a response within 24 hours from the facility. Should they choose to move forward with you, we’ll hop on a call to help you prepare for the interview process. 

  • Between your recruiter and our in-house credentialing experts, we’ll make sure you’re super clear on what you can expect leading up to and on your first day — We prep you for pre-boarding, onboarding, and credentialing. 

  • • We check in with you regularly throughout your assignments. 

    • First-day check-in — We’ll chat with you about how the first day went, address any roadblocks, and how we can further support you through your assignment.

    • Mid-point check-in — We’ll chat with you about how the assignment is going, if you’re interested in an extension, or help you start finding your next assignment.
